The Pet Friend Package celebrates the arrival of the baby and honors the family pets. Each embroidery is personalized to include the pets, capturing their essence with attention to detail. The pieces are handmade on premium raw cotton and finished in wooden hoops, reflecting the love and family unity, including the beloved four-legged companions.
Model options: floral or thematic scenarios (such as garden, seabed, forest, farm, beach,...) with up to 4 characters in watercolor with embroidered details, or 3 characters in needle felting, or 1 character in needle painting, including people and animals.
DEADLINES AND SUBMISSION
We currently work with a limited monthly schedule, and production time varies according to availability, which will be informed along with the quote.
Products are shipped via Jadlog or the postal service to all of Brazil and worldwide.
ART DEVELOPMENT
The graphic design based on your idea will be sent to you (timeline to be agreed upon) where you can make up to 5 changes. After approval, the production period will begin. The delivery time for the embroidery will be agreed upon when the design is sent.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Digital Project, we offer a 50% refund of the initial payment. This refund can only be requested up until this phase of the project. After this stage, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, as it is a personalized, handmade product.
The digital design will only be sent after 50% of the chosen package's value or 100% of the payment if the purchase is made through the website.
