DEADLINES AND SUBMISSION We currently work with a limited monthly schedule, and production time varies according to availability, being informed along with the budget. Products are sent via Jadlog carrier or post office throughout Brazil and the world. DEVELOPMENT OF ART The graphic art based on your idea will be sent to you (deadline to be agreed) where you can make up to 5 changes. After approval, the production period will begin. The deadline for delivery of the embroidery will be agreed upon when the artwork is sent. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Digital Project, we offer a 50% refund of the initial payment. This refund can only be requested up to this stage of the project. After this step, we do not make returns, exchanges or refunds, as it is a personalized and handmade product. Digital art is only sent after payment of 50% of the value of the chosen package or 100% of payment, if the purchase is made via the website.
